Volterra, ItalyWhen Yamaha’s marketing team invited me to the press ride of the new XSR900, it was a dream years in the making.
It started in 2017 with my first Yamaha XSR700, and a near-fatal crash months later. Instead of just repairing it, I rebuilt it into the bike of my dreams; the custom XSR700 went viral, with videos reaching 10–12M views. An interview capturing that passion for two wheels later landed on the Yamaha Motor Europe site.
